2010 at a Glance -- 2010 was so fun and needed. Rene took off for nearly a year to spend time with her son, volunteer, earn her certificate for Solar Design and Installation, travel, and prepare for the fashion show and presentation of a lifetime by invitation from the US Embassy in Vienna held in October. "I am absolutely honored, humbled, and grateful for the opportunities that presented themselves." says Rene.





August 2010. First, lets start with the Solar Living Dress that premiered during Austin Fashion Week at the Austin Museum of Art's Keep Austin Beautiful show, in which Rene not only did a fashion-meets-art installation, but also participated in the show itself with several recycled fashions. July 19, 2009. Rene Geneva has taken the top prize at the Austin Fashion Awards: Critics Choice for Best Designer and Best Women's Designer. Thank you so much for your support Austin!

August 7, 2008. See us on WE TV!! on the show "Wedding Central - Amazing Wedding Gowns." See Rene Geneva and her newest designs. This show also features Vera Wang.. not bad company!!
